Predivora is operated by CodeVera SRL. These Terms govern your access to both the public site and the AI-powered application.

By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

• "Service" refers to the Predivora website and AI-powered prediction platform.
• "User" refers to anyone accessing or using our Service.
• "Account" refers to a registered user profile for the app.
• "AI Analyses" refers to predictions or insights generated using OpenAI ChatGPT API.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Creating an account confirms you meet this requirement.

To access the app you must register using one of the following methods:

• Email and password (hashed using bcrypt)
• Google or Apple social login

You are responsible for the following:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Maintain control of the account

Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized account activity.

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Do not engage in fraud, gambling manipulation or illegal activities
• Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt or bypass security measures
• Do not attempt to modify or misuse the AI models
• Do not resell or replicate a competing service with our content

Predivora uses OpenAI's ChatGPT API to generate analyses across football, stocks and crypto.

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
• Predictions are not guaranteed to be correct
• We do not provide financial, investment or betting advice
• You use the information at your own risk

Predivora is not responsible for financial losses, betting decisions or investment actions based on AI-generated content.

Some features require a paid subscription handled via Stripe or similar processors.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.

• Account becomes inactive immediately
• Data is soft-deleted for 2 weeks to allow recovery
• Data is permanently deleted after 2 weeks

The Predivora brand, logos, website design and associated intellectual property belong to CodeVera SRL.

You may not copy, distribute or commercially exploit:

• AI-generated analyses
• Source code
• Proprietary algorithms
• Design and UI elements

You agree not to engage in the following:

• Spam, harassment or harm toward other users
• Uploading viruses or malicious content
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Misusing promotions or offers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violating these Terms
• Attempting to exploit or abuse the system
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity

The platform integrates with several providers:

• OpenAI (AI models)
• Google / Apple (social login)
• Stripe (payments)
• Analytics tools

We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeVera SRL is not liable for:

• Financial losses, betting outcomes or investment decisions
• Inaccurate or misleading AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, errors or security breaches
• User misuse of the platform

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees regarding accuracy, uptime or compatibility.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations.

Disputes shall be resolved in Romanian courts.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
